You only need this form if you wish to cancel a booking. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel by any clear statement — you do not have to use this form.

How to cancel. The quickest way is to email support@ads2door.com with your booking reference and a sentence saying you wish to cancel. That is enough.
